Tony provided early access. This was helpful. i was free to use the dining room facilities at all times, that was very convenient. breakfast was lovely. the location is just a short walk into town, this was very practical.
The bathroom door did not lock from the outside. This concerned me slightly.

the parking area is conveniently located next to the entrance. access is easy using a combination touch pad. i liked that i could come and go as i pleased without any standing on ceremony, the freedom was great.

the shower was not hot enough. there were no drinking glasses in the room. the breakfast was only adequate , it was not hot.
